Because every report costs us imagery and compute, and an unlimited plan means either we quietly throttle you or we price the plan for the heaviest user and everyone else subsidises him. Growth is 300 reports on a published fair-use cap. If you consistently need more, we will quote you a volume rate rather than pretend the ceiling is not there.
A completed report on a confirmed building. Address lookups the homeowner abandons, buildings they reject at the confirmation card, and addresses with no usable imagery coverage are not billed. Re-running the same address inside 30 days is not billed twice.

To get the speed-to-lead half of the product, yes — that is where the pipeline, the workflows and the messaging live. Bring your own location and we connect to it, or take the Roofing Growth OS add-on and we provision and run one for you. If you only want measured reports, pay-as-you-go needs no CRM at all.
Nothing. Video sessions only ever start when a homeowner clicks to start one, never on page load, and every session runs under a hard duration cap plus absent- and left-participant timeouts. An idle open session bills wall-clock time, so we do not leave them open. Unused included minutes do not roll over.
Any time, from the portal. No cancellation fee and no annual lock-in on the published plans. You keep access through the period you have paid for, you can export your leads and reports on the way out, and we delete our copies on the schedule in the privacy policy.
