Roofr measures the roof.
Roof Intelligence answers the lead — in 60 seconds.

An address goes in. A measured roof, a preliminary estimate from your price book, a scored lead in GoHighLevel, and a text-and-video follow-up come back out. Before anyone drives out there.

30-day free trial. No card today. Every plan publishes its report and video caps — we do not sell “unlimited.”

Preliminary estimate, not a quote. Ranges are produced from a sample price book for illustration; your loaded price book replaces them, and no homeowner sees a dollar figure until you have approved the book. Measurements come from aerial imagery and are confirmed on site.

The first minute is the whole product

Measurement tools hand you a PDF and stop. Here is everything Roof Intelligence does between the homeowner hitting submit and your rep picking up the phone.

  1. t = 0

    Capture

The homeowner types an address and a mobile number into your site form, tells the RI Site Agent in chat, or says it to the video agent. TCPA consent is captured with a timestamp on every surface.

  2. t + 3 s

    Confirm the building

We geocode to rooftop precision, pull the closest building footprint, and show an “Is this your home?” card with the outline drawn on the satellite tile. On corner lots and compound parcels the nearest structure can be a garage or a neighbor. Nothing moves until the homeowner taps yes.

  3. t + 15 s

    Measure and price

Squares, facet count, dominant pitch, complexity and waste factor come off current aerial imagery. Your price book turns them into good / better / best ranges — including the Class 4 impact-rated tier and the Texas insurance-discount talk track.

  4. t + 20 s

    Deliver the report

A branded report page and PDF on your domain: imagery, facets, pitch, an imagery-quality badge, the ranges, the preliminary-estimate disclaimer, a book-inspection button wired to your calendar, and a talk-to-us video button.

  5. t + 25 s

    Write it to the CRM

Contact upserted in GoHighLevel, opportunity created in the Roof Leads pipeline at Report Generated, tags applied, and the RI custom fields filled: squares, pitch, facets, estimate low/high, report URL, imagery quality, confidence, lead score. Plus a note and a task for the assigned rep.

  6. t + 60 s

Follow up before the lead cools

SMS and email go out with the report link. The homeowner gets a click-to-start video invite — never an auto-dial, never an open session running on your dime. Your rep gets a three-line briefing on their phone: address, roof, range, best next line.

  7. t + 15 min

    Escalate

No booking yet? The on-call rep's phone rings. Still nothing at hour four, the video agent follows up. Then a day 1 / day 3 / day 7 nurture — all of it inside GoHighLevel, all of it visible in the pipeline.

Six modules. Buy the one that fixes your bottleneck.

Roof Intelligence is in design-partner release. Modules marked pilot are running with our first roofing partners and are not yet generally available — we would rather tell you that than sell you a roadmap.

RI Report

Live

Address to measurements, imagery, facets, pitch, waste and a good / better / best estimate. Branded homeowner page plus PDF. Available as a portal or an API.

RI Speed-to-Lead

Live

The GoHighLevel push, the 60-second SMS and email, the video invite, the rep task and the no-response escalation ladder. This is the module that changes your close rate.

RI Site Agent

Pilot

A chat and voice widget on your own site that asks for the address, qualifies, books, and hands off to video — starting the report before the visitor leaves the page.

RI Field

Pilot

Mobile web app for reps standing in the driveway: pull the roof they are looking at, push it to the CRM, text it to the homeowner, log the door-knock. Installs to the home screen. A native iOS app is coming.

RI Storm

Coming 2027

Draw the hail swath, batch a report for every address inside it, and get a canvassing list plus a ready campaign in your CRM before the adjusters arrive.

Roofing Growth OS

Add-on

Do not have a CRM worth wiring into? We provision and manage a GoHighLevel sub-account: pipeline, workflows, calendars, review requests, A2P registration and a local phone number. Optional, never bundled.

Why roofers switch

Measurement tools are good at measuring. That is the whole comparison — the report is where they stop and where the lead starts going cold.

Competitor pricing is published or reported list pricing as of September 2026 and is shown for comparison only. Verify current pricing with each vendor.

Text me my roof

The fastest way to understand this product is to point it at your own house. Put in an address and a mobile number and we will run it.

  • You get a confirmation card first — if it grabs the wrong building, say so and we re-run it.
  • You get the measured roof: squares, facets, pitch, waste, imagery quality and date.
  • You get ranges from a sample price book, clearly labelled preliminary — not a quote.
  • Then you see exactly what a homeowner sees, on your phone, in the time it takes to read this.

We use what you enter to run your report and to follow up about Roof Intelligence. We do not sell it, and we do not send it anywhere else. See the privacy policy.

Street, city, state and ZIP. Rooftop precision matters.

Straight answers

What if the imagery over my service area is bad?

Every report carries an imagery-quality badge — high, medium or low — with the capture date. Medium and low results widen the estimate ranges and print an inspection-required flag instead of pretending to a precision we do not have. Where there is no usable coverage at all, you get an imagery-only report and we tell you so. Before any design partner signs, we run 20 to 30 real addresses from their service area and publish the quality distribution to them.

What happens when it measures the neighbour's garage?

It cannot get past the confirmation card. Building lookup snaps to the nearest structure, which on corner lots, flag lots and compound parcels is sometimes the wrong one. The homeowner sees the outline on the satellite tile and confirms before anything is measured, priced, written to your CRM or texted. Unconfirmed leads never leave the system.

Am I on the hook for the estimate?

Every number is labelled a preliminary estimate, not a quote, on the page and in the PDF. The ranges come from the price book you load and version. There is a tenant setting — on by default — that holds the dollar figures back until a human at your company approves the report, so the homeowner sees the roof before they see a price.

How do you handle TCPA and 10DLC?

Consent language and a timestamp are captured on every entry point — form, site agent and video agent — and stored with the lead before a single message goes out. Each account registers its own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign through the connected phone number, and opt-outs are honoured at the platform level. We do not send outreach on your behalf that a homeowner did not ask for.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your leads, your reports, your price book. You can export everything at any time, and if you leave we hand you your data and delete ours on the retention schedule in the privacy policy. There are no annual contracts on the published plans — cancel from the portal and you are billed through the end of the current period.

Start with your own roof

Thirty days free, nothing due today, and no card until you have seen a report on an address you know by heart. If it does not beat what you are paying per lead now, walk away.
